After a strategic reorganisation, Corporate Equity Partners emerged mid-2006, from the former The Fantastic Corp. AG. CEP's principal office is located in Zug, Switzerland. According to our experience, the combination of different private equity  companies in place in order to form a group  results in improved efficiency, competence and quality, lowering the costs and giving better access to financial markets.

Especially in the private equity industry CEP has found a high potential for consolidation. CEP integrates small and mid-size private equity companies which compliment each other with regard to their individual specialisation. This enables CEP and its integrated private equity companies to pool specific resources.

We integrate small and mid-size private equity companies which compliment each another with regard to their area of expertise and geographic exposure. This enables us to combine and share the specialisation of each firm in areas such as: acquisitions; portfolio management; exit management and research.
