The management of Corporate Equity Partners AG consists of three operating managers and two active members of the  board of directors, each of them with a successful  experience in the private equity industry; the reorganisation of companies as well as transactions in the private and the public capital markets.

Successful transactions in previous organisations include the takeover of stakes of Nordsee by APAX Partners, the buy-out of the Siemens portfolio as well as of Mobotix, the world's largest provider of IP-based surveillance systems.

The management team, have also operated in several capital market transactions, including the sale of a subsidiary of BHF Bank and the acquisition of SIG Arms. We have executed a number of hybrid capital transactions for major banks, public and private bond issues and were involved in portfolio investments by insurance groups.

Private Equity Partners concentrat their competencies on areas which are traditionally underepresented in most private equity companies. The experience and know-how in key competencies like target engineering, lean production, marketing and distribution, are important for the development and success of porfolio companies.
